At Who’s Your Prairie Elementary, the familiar sights of an elementary school greet visitors, but there’s something special about the atmosphere. A flag hangs proudly over the gym entrance, reflecting the spirit of unity that Goodall embodies. As the school’s janitor, he approaches his job with a cheerful attitude, bringing joy to both students and staff.
“I enjoy cleaning and making things look nice,” Goodall shares, highlighting his commitment to creating a welcoming environment. But his contributions go beyond keeping the school tidy; he adds music to his work. As he sweeps the hallways, he often sings, filling the air with the melody of “God Bless the U.S.A.”:
