Miley Cyrus has made no secret of her love for the Cannabis plant.
The 21-year-old singer was back in flaunting mode on Wednesday as she headed to a friend’s house in Hollywood wearing a T-shirt that read, ‘Marijuana, It’s Time To Change The Law.’
Miley’s short-cropped shirt was made of a light and flimsy material, which made the fact that she’d neglected to wear a bra even more apparent.

Her exposed tummy was toned and pale above the denim cut-offs that might have once been a nice pair of full-length jeans.
Black lace-up boots stretched up to her thighs, allowing another glimpse of skin as she strolled to her destination in what looked like an upscale residential neighbourhood.
A black cardigan fell away from her shoulders and bunched up at the elbows, doing little to cover anything.

The timing of Miley’s T-shirt wasn’t exactly out of the blue.
A US District judge in Northern California is expected to rule on the constitutionality of a 1970 act that classifies marijuana as a dangerous drug along the likes of heroin and LSD.
The decision is expected to be handed down later this year, according to The Los Angeles Times.
Speaking about other fashion choices she’s made in her not-too-distant youth, Miley told the February issue of Marie Claire: ‘I had some shady wardrobe choices when I was about 16 to 18.

Miley also smoked the real stuff on stage while entertaining at the Europe MTV Music Awards on November 10, 2013.
‘I just did it mostly because I knew the fans in Amsterdam would love it and they started going crazy when I did it,’ Miley later explained in a radio interview with UK’s Capital FM.

Preference for pot aside, Miley, meanwhile, admitted that she’s more finicky when it comes to food.
‘I’m better now but not that much better. I didn’t eat anything green until I was 18. I only ate yellow food,’ she told Marie Claire.
The Wrecking Ball hitmaker also revealed she went skydiving in a bid to cure her fear of flying, which was so extreme she insisted on being driven everywhere, no matter how far, when she was younger.
