On NBC, America’s Got Talent season 19 semifinal results aired on September 12, 2024. The latest AGT 2024 episode 18 revealed all those performances that advanced to the talent show’s finale.
The show host, Terry Crews, announced six performances that made it to the finale while the rest were sent home. One of the selected performers was Richard Goodall, a 55-year-old solo singer. Seeing Richard Goodall make it to the finals, Heidi Klum shared her excitement for her previous Golden Buzzer pick, as she said:
“Richard, you deserve this so much. I am so, so proud of you. And America got it right! I’m so happy that America was behind you and voted for you. Now, we’re going to go all the way! Woo!”
Six selected finalists, including Richard Goodall, will be seen alongside previously advanced four Golden Buzzer performers on the upcoming America‘s Got Talent 2024 finale.

Richard Goodall was the last semifinalist chosen for advancement. Seeing how the viewers voted for Richard, one of the judges, Heidi Klum did not hesitate to share her excitement while raising her arms for Richard’s yet another victory.

For his semifinal performance, the Golden Buzzer winner chose to perform the cover of Eye of the Tiger by Survivor. Seeing his performance of an iconic song, the audience cheered for him while the judges gave their reviews. While Simon could not believe such a fantastic performance by Richard, he said:
“You are like the underdog in a way, but in a really positive way and it was like you just got to the top of the steps. I love that.”
Judge Heidi Klum said Richard “deserved” it and that she was “so proud” of him. The judge, 51, also said that “America got it right,” referring to the viewers who voted for Richard to advance to the upcoming finale.
Sofia Vergara showed appreciation by stating that Richard chose an “iconic” song and that his performance was “amazing.” Heidi then asked Howie Mandel how pumped he was. He responded, “Very.”
Who besides Richard Goodall became finalists on America’s Got Talent season 19?
There were five more performances alongside janitor-turned-singer Richard Goodall, who advanced to the AGT 2024. The first performer to be announced was the dancing duo Roni Sagi & Rhythm.
The second act was Sky Elements, the drone act followed by comedian Learnmore Jonasi, who was announced as the third finalist. Further performers who were selected as the finalists were Solange Kardinaly and the dance group Brent Street.
Richard Goodall was the last performer selected as the AGT 2024 finalist. These six performers will join Golden Buzzer-winning performances on America’s Got Talent season 19 finale. It includes acrobats Hakuna Matata, Sebastián & Sonia, Dee Dee Simon, and AIRFOOTWORKS.
